If you are training hard or looking for ways to increase your performances on the pitch or improve your fitness, there’s a good chance you’re following a fairly complicated and even time consuming strategy. You are training hard and often, and finally, after maintaining this for a year or so, you are able to lose a couple of pounds and are able to compete until midway through the second half.
